Thank you for serving alongside your fellow arrowmen and supporting the 2023 National Jamboree. Here’s what you need to know about traveling to and arriving at the Summit this summer. You can find answers to many of your travel and logistics questions by going to

Travel
- If you have not been given a specific arrival date by your team lead you should plan on arriving on Sunday, July 16, 2023 if you are staffing Session 1 or Session 3. If you are staffing Session 2, your arrival date is Sunday, July 23, 2023.
- If you have questions about when you should arrive, contact the team lead of your staffing area.
- Arrival/departure itineraries and shuttle requests should be made at https://jamboree.scouting.org/jamboree-service-team/jst-arrival-registration/.
- If you need to purchase a shuttle from TMS, use this link: TMS Shuttle Link, which will include cost information.
Arrival
- All JST will check-in at the Ruby Welcome Center. The Ruby Welcome Center hours of operation are available at this link: Ruby Welcome Center Hours.
- The Ruby Welcome Center can be found by using the following address on mapping programs and GPS: JW & Hazel Ruby WV Welcome Center, 55 Hazel Ruby Lane, Mt. Hope, WV 25880.
