Welcome to the visual media submission portal! We’d like to thank you for sharing your photographs and videos with the Order of the Arrow. The media you select to share may be used in various publications distributed by the Order of the Arrow.
How to submit photos and videos:
Using the form below, we ask that you limit each submission to one event or similar activity relative to date and location. The form allows you to select as many photos or videos as you’d like. Please do not make a new submission for each photograph.
When describing the category of this submission, please select one that best fits this group of photos. In the “Additional Event Information” space, add information such as where the event is taking place and the lodge, section, or region that is participating.
Not all photos you submit will be used in publication or archival.

All photos, content, and other material (collectively, “Contributions”) that you submit, post, transmit, or otherwise provide to us through this Order of the Arrow online photo portal (the “Portal”) will be considered non-confidential and non-proprietary. By providing a Contribution through this portal and clicking “I Agree” below, you:
- Grant Boy Scouts of America and its affiliates and their respective successors and assigns (collectively, “BSA”) a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, reproduce, modify, perform, display, distribute, and otherwise disclose to third parties any such material for the purpose of publicizing the Order of the Arrow and its programs through any platform or form of media, whether now or later-developed, anywhere in the world. Further, you agree that BSA does not owe you any compensation for its use.
- Represent and warrant that you (a) own or control all rights in and to the Contributions, (b) have the right to grant the license granted above to BSA, and (c) are 18 years old or older.
- Acknowledge that you are responsible for any Contributions you submit or contribute, and you, not BSA, have fully responsibility for such content, including its legality, reliability, accuracy, and appropriateness.
- Agree that BSA is not responsible or liable to any third party for the content or accuracy of any Contributions posted by you or any other user of the Portal, and that you will indemnify BSA to the extent any Contribution infringes on the copyright, publicity, privacy or other rights of a third party.
